Working with Debbie was an amazing experience. She was very personable and made me feel very comfortable from the beginning which really helped me open up and discuss my life challenges. Her compassionate coaching helped guide me through some big challenges I was facing in life that were affecting my overall well-being. She helped me find the tools necessary to approach my challenges with grace and resilience. With her help I was able to navigate the obstacles I faced with a newfound confidence and ultimately improve my overall well-being. Before coaching, I had a lot of things on my plate that I was having trouble sifting through. I had a huge to-do list that I hadn’t tackled and made very little time for my health. However, since starting our coaching sessions, I’ve checked off some things on my to-do list that have been there for six months and started making time for myself, which has prompted good changes in my physical and mental health. Our sessions are helping me stay focused on the essential things outside my day-to-day life.
My experience working with you was great. You created a comfortable environment, and I felt at ease, which allowed me to be open and honest during our sessions. I have felt heard and seen, which has helped build trust in our relationship.
I have been able to see myself make efforts in my grieving process that I have been avoiding that I hadn’t realized I was avoiding. I’m also making more efforts to get things done for my health, and I’m excited to start my new health journey!
Some insight that I’ve recently learned about myself through talking in our session was that I have been avoiding my grieving process. I have been grieving for a while now, but I hadn’t realized how much I’ve held myself back from going through certain emotions. Now that I’m more aware that I’ve been holding myself back, I’m working on recognizing when I do this and working on getting through my grief rather than ignoring it.
I recommend your coaching to anyone who may need more guidance or motivation in their life or wants to try a different approach to something they have been struggling with and are seeking change. I didn’t think coaching would change how I navigated life, causing a positive output quickly and placing my jumbled mind into a clearer perspective.

When I first came to nurse coaching, I did not know how impactful it would be. Debbie did such an
amazing job at creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for me to share my story. She supported me
through one of the darkest times of my life. She truly became my lifeline as her encouragement helped
me change my mindset little by little while giving me new perspectives.
One of the areas that we worked on was self-care. I am a single mother of six and I hardly have time to
think about myself. She helped me think of ways to grow and succeed in this area. From her coaching, I
was truly freed to love myself again. I had felt unlovable, but she helped me see my value and helped
me gain confidence to continue my journey and to finish well. Not only am I a better person, but my
children are happier as well.

Debbie is a great mindfulness leader. She has a calming and relaxing voice that sounds natural and comforting. The environment was comforting and supportive and she created the content of each session to meet my needs. After the mindfulness sessions, I felt relaxed and positive. I always felt respected and safe, and I was easily able to relax during our sessions. I never thought that this kind of practice would work so well for me, but Debbie was able to make it a wonderful experience.
